Your access to the shared platform ends with the appointment
When the project closes, the licence lapses or the lead consultant has a tidy up, your access goes with it. The drawings are the easy part; the context is what does not survive.

Fifteen years of finished work on this morning's storage
Completed projects sit on the fastest, most expensive, most heavily backed-up tier in the practice, because nobody was ever asked to move them. Giving the archive its own home is a morning's work.
Modelling and rendering want different machines
Most practices buy one specification for everybody, usually the expensive one. The two jobs load a machine in opposite ways, so the same budget goes further split by role.
Three numbers that tell you how a Revit model is ageing
A model rarely slows down overnight. File size, warning count and open worksets will tell you months in advance and checking them takes about ten minutes.
